Global Leadership Adventures (GLA) is a teen travel organization offering immersive summer programs for high school students around the world. 🌎

For over 20 years, we’ve combined adventure travel, community service, leadership development, and cultural exchange to create meaningful experiences that go far beyond a typical summer trip.

Students travel with GLA to destinations across Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the South Pacific, where they work alongside local communities, explore incredible landscapes, build lifelong friendships, and gain a deeper understanding of the world around them.

Whether it’s wildlife conservation in Costa Rica, learning about public health in Thailand, exploring marine ecosystems in the Galápagos, or experiencing local culture in Greece, every GLA program is designed to help teens grow through hands-on learning and global connection.
