It’s been hard for me to want to workout the last month. Not super motivated and a hurt knee. I hate to take it easy and find myself not doing anything if I can’t do it all. But I’m learning that a little is better than nothing and it’s better to just have fun with it then to make sure I “get a full workout in” or “do all the things”. Today was the first time I just went downstairs and did something...no plans....nothing written out...and I loved it!
❤️💪❤️
Inspired to workout with my new tee I had to give it a test run

GAZPACHO.
This is the tastiest soup you can make without turning on any heat. It is the taste of Summer.
Here’s how you do it: in a blender or food processor, blend together until smooth: tomatoes, chopped cucumbers, red bell pepper, some garlic with some red wine vinegar and water. Exact measurements are unimportant. Drizzle some olive oil in and blend, add some croutons (obviously from your big bag of homemade croutons in your pantry. What, just me?) or stale bread. Blend it all up. Add, salt, pepper, vinegar (and sometimes just a pinch of sugar to taste). Stick in the fridge. Chill. Serve with more croutons while living your best life on your patio and loving the Summer life. 😘❤️🍅😘
Thanks for sharing your recipe and your Summer life!
Now... we just need the recipe for those homemade croutons! 😁

Try this performance enhancing time hack!
One of the biggest reasons I get from people that say they can’t do my program is that they don’t have not enough time.
Now is not a good time..
It’s just bad timing..
Right now is not the time because of XYZ problem..
Here is one of the best things you can do to actually see if you do have the time.
Perform a full one day audit of your time spent doing whatever you normally do.
Every 30 minutes write a sentence down about what you actually did. It doesn't matter what you did.
Do this from the time you wake up until you go to bed.
If you want to get hardcore do it every 15 minutes and at the end of the day note how much time was wasted doing things like...
Checking social media relentlessly all day. I do it for work but I still catch myself wondering a bit wasting 5 - 10 minutes here and there.Enjoy it but minimize your exposure so you don’t get sucked in.
Going to hang out with friends all the time after work at social events. Save it for the weekend.
Having too many shows on netflix that suck you into binge watching for days. ( I’m guilty for sure) I closed my netflix account and now realize I don’t even want it anymore.
Do this hack tomorrow and let me know how much time you left on the table for productive activities like your exercise program that has 30-45 minute workouts, 3 times a week. It’s really eye opening!
Comment below with your findings 🙂

5-MINUTE MOBILITY ROUTINE!
What’s up Achievers here and today I wanted to share a quick mobility routine I’ve been doing when I’m feeling stiff from sitting in an uncomfortable kitchen chair for too long (our apartment is too small for a great work from home set up, so kitchen table desk it is! 🤷🏼♀️) I’ve also been doing this during Kendrick’s naps when I don’t want or need a full workout but do want to get some gentle movement in!
Here’s the way I’ve been breaking it down
1️⃣On elbows neck nods - 30s
2️⃣On elbows neck turns - 30s
3️⃣Prone press up to child’s pose - 60s
4️⃣Split stance t-spine rotations - 30s per side
5️⃣Down dog to Spider-Man lunge to hip lift
6️⃣Toe touch squat to stand
This ends up being a total of 5 minutes and I always leave the little practice feeling better than I entered it! Hope you enjoy it too!

THIS. RIGHT.HERE. 👇👇👇
(From one of our members. Nancy M. has been working nearly everyday with our Zoom workouts!)
"Let me preface this by saying, 1) I'm not savvy in taking selfies and 2) though FB is my social outlet, I refrain from divulging too too much about my life. However, during this morning's online workout with Alex Wolf, I couldn't help but reflect on the wording on his shirt; 'Strong First'. This has been something that has grown into somewhat of a personal philisophy that I'd like to share with my network during these challenging times. Over the last few years, I lived my COVID period prematurely. Due to several unforeseen circumstances, it was important to keep my mind and body strong, while all else fell apart and seemed so disconnected from my underworld reality. It's because of this and an incredibly strong support system, that I've been able to resurface. Our families and our communities at-large need us to be strong individuals first and foremost. If any of you are looking for amazing online workouts, I highly recommend True Motion. All you need is a few kettle bells, streaming wifi and a small space to workout. You don't need to be San Diego based."~Nancy M.
