You don’t become a better parent by beating yourself up.

You grow by noticing, softening, and repairing.

If you’ve ever replayed a moment and thought, “I wish I handled that differently,” this episode is for you.

We talk about:
• why guilt keeps parents stuck
• what actually creates change
• how repair builds trust over time
