Aztec Racing - SDSU Formula SAE

Starting Fall 2022, Aztec Racing and Aztec Electric Racing will be merging into one Electric Racing FSAE Team. The timing of this event was driven by the industry’s shift to Electric Vehicles in alignment with our goal to provide students the skills that employers require. We will be merging our two workspaces, combining all of our tools and hardware, forming a much larger, better equipped shop. Having these combined resources will allow us to push our team to the next level. We are excited to see where this next chapter takes us, and we are immensely proud of the legacy and efforts by former members that lead our team up to this point.

To our Alumni, Mentors and Advisors as well as San Diego State University we thank you for your support over these last 28 years and we look forward to our future as Aztec Electric Racing.

The AR leadership welcomes you to this new semester with exciting new events and projects. This upcoming THURSDAY 02/10/2022 @ 7:00 pm we will have our first GBM of the spring semester.

Our GBM will be going over subsystem updates, projects timelines, and what is needed to complete before competition. This is a perfect opportunity for you and your friends to get involved, reconnect with the subsystem and other teammates!

Join us this Saturday December 4th from 11am to 8pm at Rubio’s for our Aztec Racing fundraiser!!

All donations will be supporting our to attend competition. Our GoFund me is another alternative to donate as well.

Quick recap from this weekend!

Team had a chance to have a quick expo at Family Weekend, got our teammates to help on a quick rebuild, and we got our team welder working on the comp chassis 😎

Join us October 4th @ 8:00pm at EIS-106 for our 2nd GBM of the semester!

We get to talk more about how we will prepare for competition and further explain how to become an Aztec Racing team member. Our awesome Alumni will also be joining us, so it’s a great chance to get to know everyone.
