Sinus infections can go south even if you use the netti pot, steam inhaler and stand on your head praying to keep the drip from hit your vocal cords…
For a singer this is the worst! Be ware my dear singers, gargle with salt water, more rest than you think you need, wash your hands and don't sing if you have a fever or a sore throat!

Hello dear fellow singers! One of my weaknesses is staying on top of social media... here's my attempt for March 2015! A few words about patience and watching ourselves practice; Try singing with the focus on how you are breathing allowing the air in to you body with no resistance or tension! We tend to be so focused on just singing and getting a sound out that we neglect the power and importance of the inhale. Try it! Blessings, Kevyn
