Help needed!! We are actively looking for Variety Show volunteers!

Auditions: March 27th, 12:30-4 pm - need 3 or 4 people to help with check in/check out, managing “talent” in the wings, and help in the MPR as needed

Rehearsal: Thursday, April 3rd - 2:30-4:30pm - 1 or 2 volunteers

Dress Rehearsal: Thursday, April 10th - 12:45-2:30 pm - 1 or 2 volunteers

Evening Show: Wednesday, April 23rd, 6:00-7:30 pm - 3 or 4 for set up and then 1 or 2 for the show (we will also be reaching out to the parents of the performers to ask for help with setup)

Our PTA Field Day has been rescheduled due to the rain forecast for early next week. Please see below for new dates and a new volunteer sign up!

Friday, March 7th
1st Grade: 8am to 9am
TK: 9:15am to 10:15am
Kindergarten: 9:15am to 10:15am
2nd Grade: 10:20am to 11:20am

Mon, March 10th
4th Grade: 8am to 9am
3rd Grade : 9:15am to 10:15am
5th Grade and 4/5 Combo: 10:30am to 11:30am

There are many positions open and lots of opportunities to volunteer. The PTA has many returning board members to help new members with their positions. On February 5th, Yearbook staff will be at the MPR taking group photos of all of our campus clubs and organizations. The schedule for the full day is included here.
