Delta Sig at San Diego State

One hundred and fifteen years ago today, a group of men came together to create the first chapter of Delta Sigma Phi at the College of the City of New York. With over 100,000 members, the organization's vision to build better men stormed the nation. Today our brothers honor these outstanding men for their courage and their leadership, Happy Founder's Day.

This past Thursday, the brothers of Delta Sigma Phi spread some holiday cheer at Glen E. Murdoch Elementary school. The brothers participated in the school's Deck the Halls event, where they helped kids with winter crafts and shared holiday treats with them.

Yesterday, the men of Delta Sigma Phi spent a great afternoon participating in the SD Refugee Tutoring program, a local organization that focuses on helping refugee students with basic English and foundational math skills. As you can see from the infant on the table, it's never too early to begin an education.

Today we are thankful for our family, our friends, and for all of the support we’ve received this past year. The brothers of Delta Sigma Phi wish you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving.

This past Saturday our brotherhood hike gave us the opportunity to conquer Cowles Mountain just in time to catch a great sunrise.
