Volunteers needed on Sat. 9/27!

Middle School Audition Help We are looking for 6 parent volunteers to help on Saturday, September 27th, from 8:30am-12:00pm to help with Middle School Auditions. You'll be accompanying our ASB lead tours and/or workshops with our visiting families. Thank you!

There’s still time to register for our school auditions! The San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts is hosting in-person auditions—Middle School on Saturday, September 27 (9:00–12:00) and High School on Saturday, October 18 (9:00–1:00). If those dates don’t fit, families can submit an online audition anytime. Visit the link in our bio and story to schedule an audition or submit online and access the SDUSD School Choice application. The school choice priority window opens on Monday, September 22nd. SDSCPA is an award-winning  6 -12 grade public arts magnet school in San Diego Unified School District. As a choice and audition-based school, SDSCPA pairs rigorous arts training with strong academics—we look forward to seeing your student’s creativity shine!

AUDITION for Barcelona's new work for the 2025 High School Dance Concert, NEXT LEVEL, happens TODAY after school from 3:30-6:30PM in Studio 5! Bring your pointe shoes. As always, if you are not on pointe, you are still expected to attend the audition for the experience. Do not forget your conflict form when you check in for the audition.

Ease on down the road and join us for the Yellow Brick Bash—our pre-show celebration before the curtain rises on The Wiz! Starting at 5:00 PM, enjoy food, drinks, music, and a themed photo booth.

Then at 6:00 PM take your seat for the magic of The Wiz!

It’s an evening of fundraising and frivolity with live music, food, raffles, a Photo Booth, and an after party with the cast!
