This book was mainly written out of my meduations. It honesly flowed out of me many years ago and was writen though out many years.

I’d like to welcome everybody to the Goddess in Motion Institute before Covid we were doing classes in person since Covid we’ve been doing some classes out in the park and we are going to now be doing some hybrid classes.
We will be doing in person at my home studio in imperial Beach as well as some retreat locations and we will also be doing virtual classes.
I have three exciting virtual workshops coming up, one based on the coloring book another one that is a workshop that is really transformative and the third one is some more Belly Dance classes and other experiential classes.
As we speak the goddess in motion method manual is being edited and you will be able to take some classes or become a facilitator this summer!!!
