My name is Lizbeth Palma and I have been working with preschool aged children since 2008. I began with the San Diego City Unified School District as a teachers assistant and soon promoted to a teaching position. My career journey has included multiple Child Development Centers and I have taught children ranging in ages 2 to 5. In January, 2013 I began working for the Naval Amphibious Base Child Development Center as a floater working with infants from six weeks of age and children up to 5 years of age. Soon after I became a primary teacher for a preschool classroom. In December, 2014 I was promoted to a position of Lead Teacher. this role involved overseeing not only the preschool classrooms, but all other rooms in the center as needed. Part of my responsibilities were to ensure the children's and teachers needs were being met as well as monitoring for policy and procedural compliance. In the summer of 2016 I began to pursue my long time dream of opening my own Daycare/Preschool which leads us to the present day.
