And with your sacred yes, come pulse with her cosmic energy in total union with the wild soul of woman. Shakti is the concept or personification of devine feminine creative power, sometimes referred to as “The Great Divine Mother” in Hinduism. On the earthly plane, Shakti most actively manifests through female embodiment and creativity/fertility, though it is also present in males in its potential, unmanifest form. Hindus believe that Shakti is both responsible for creation and the agent of all change. So, sisters - this is our moment to rise. Mother Earth not only deserves our love, but she needs it desperately now at a time when toxic masculinity threatens her vital life forces. Shakti Forest Rising is a nomination chain in the form of tree lineages. One Shakti woman nominating another and funding a tree planting in her name. One women to another - infinity. Please keep an eye on this page and hopefully witness multiple tree lineages seed and grow. I will be seeding many - but at anytime, if you feel so called, please follow your heart and initiate their own tree lineage. Your passion feels us all. Let’s live boldly, passionately and without apology. Love is our teacher and guru. With love and gratitude,
Lori Wallace, Treesister (treesisters.org)
