Hello everyone, my name is Lawrence and I am looking for two USD Graduate/Law students to fill two rooms in a large, shared house in North Pacific Beach for the 2026-2027 school year. The current tenants are myself (property manager, USD Law 2L, male) and another student (USD Law 2L, male). We hope to find housemates who are studious, have a positive attitude, and are respectful of the space!
