Tuesday night at Mesa Verde was an incredible celebration of the diversity, talent, and courage of our students and community! Thanks to some amazing parent volunteers, our PTSA, and funding from our Foundation, students, staff, and community members had an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy at MVMS through their art and share with us what inspires them and makes them unique. 🎨 🤩

We wrapped up an amazing first week at MVMS with a Back to School Bash! 🎉 DJ, CO2 blasters, photo booth, ping pong, games, pizza 🍕, and an ice cream🍦truck - can’t go wrong with all that!! What a fantastic way to start the year! Thank you to ASB, all the teachers and staff, and parent volunteers who helped make this event such a success! 💜🦅💜

We had a great morning welcoming our 8th graders to campus to watch the sun rise on their 8th grade year. It’s a new day and a new beginning to what will be an undeniably EPIC year!! Thank you so much to PTSA and ASB for helping our 8th graders reconnect with one another and get ready for an amazing year!

I don’t like to brag, but we’ve got the BEST parents and staff around!! 🤩Huge THANK YOU to our amazing PTSA and Foundation for treating our staff to a delicious breakfast on our first day back together!! 🌯 🍉 ☕️ After fueling up, our staff spent the morning connecting with one another and taking in tons of important information to kick off the year!

We wrapped up our Registration Week by welcoming our new Eagles! 💜🦅 Our new ASB Director, Ms. Doty, rocked her first ASB event as new students spent some time getting to know our staff and each other through an ASB-led orientation. Meanwhile, parents and guardians learned all about how to get involved, stay informed, seek support for their student(s), and help us all ! Bring it on 2022-23!

Dear Edwina Jr. is a MUST see! Tonight was opening night and both shows were amazing!! The cast and crew were absolutely fantastic! Such a sweet and funny performance with so many great characters. Go see it Friday 5/20 or Saturday 5/21!! Shows are at 5:30pm and 7pm in the MVMS Little Theatre both nights! 🎭
