Hello everyone, We just wanted to give a friendly reminder of the following:

CSU Application for fall 2027 admission:🚨OPENING AUGUST 1st, 2026!🚨
Starting August 1st, you can create your Cal State Apply account and begin working on your application. While you can start your application right away, submissions won’t open until October 1st.

📅 Application Submission Period: October 1st – December 1st. Don’t wait until the last minute; get a head start and be ready to submit earlier! 🍂🎓

Transfer success pathway (TSP):🚨Enrollment starts AUGUST 1st, 2026!🚨
TSP is guaranteed admission to one CSU for one major - 📅 contract submission period August 1st - October 31st, 2026

The San Diego Miramar College Transfer Center is currently seeking a motivated and student-centered individual to join our team as a Student Success Specialist (Part-Time NANCE).
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students and helping them achieve their transfer goals. The Transfer Center serves as a hub of information, resources, and guidance for students planning to transfer to four-year universities.
 
Preferred:
* Individuals who are not currently enrolled in SDCCD courses.
 
Job Duties:
* Providing front-line support and resource navigation for transfer students.
* Supporting student appointment scheduling and transfer counseling drop-ins.
* Assisting with CSU, UC, and private university application preparation, process, and submission.
* Creating transfer promotional materials, developing social media content, and assisting with outreach efforts.
* Assisting with student engagement activities, transfer fairs, and campus tours.
* Maintaining student records and supporting data collection efforts.

The CSU application is now open for Spring 2027 admissions. Please see the list below of campuses currently accepting applications, along with applicable deadlines and lower-division transfer availability. You can also use this link - bit.ly/3SsP5mm to check which campuses are accepting lower and upper division transfer students.

Important Reminders for Upper Division Transfer Students:
Most upper-division transfer applicants must have the following completed by the end of Summer 2026 to be considered for Spring 2027 admission:
• 60 CSU-transferable semester units
• Golden Four requirements
• Major preparation coursework
• ADT (if applicable)
• Required GPA for the major
• Any additional campus or program specific requirements

Important Reminders for Lower Division Transfer Students:
For campuses accepting lower division transfers, students will need to report their high school coursework on the Cal State Apply application. Most lower division transfer applicants must also have the following completed by the end of Summer 2026:
• Area 1A completed with a grade of C- or better
• Area 2 completed with a grade of C- or better
• Any additional campus specific admissions requirements
