👏 Shoutout to the Redwood High School TUPE students who showed up, spoke out, and advocated for meaningful to***co policy change!

These students spoke at multiple Corte Madera Town Council meetings, sharing their perspectives and advocating in support of the ordinance. Their advocacy helped make a difference as the ordinance was officially adopted on September 15!

Major to***co policy news from Corte Madera! 🚭👏🥳

Corte Madera Town Council has officially approved one of the country’s most
comprehensive restrictions on to***co and ni****ne sales. Beginning February 1, 2027,
the town’s seven to***co retailers will no longer be permitted to sell ci******es, ci**rs,
smokeless to***co, ni****ne pouches, and other covered products and accessories.
The ordinance also prohibits delivery sales to addresses within Corte Madera.

California is one step closer to eliminating disposable ni****ne v**es! 👏🥳🚭

AB 762 has passed both chambers of the California Legislature and is now on Governor Gavin Newsom's desk. If signed, the bill would phase out the import, manufacture, distribution, and sale of disposable, battery-embedded v**es containing to***co, helping reduce hazardous electronic waste and to***co pollution across the state.

Governor Newsom has until September 30th to act. Contact him today and urge him to sign AB 762 into law!
