Creating abundance in every aspect of your life starts with cultivating an abundance mindset. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth the effort!

Start by selecting one positive thought at a time. Positive thoughts create a positive mood and outlook on life. Positive moods create positive actions, which ultimately result in positive outcomes.

Put the effort into strengthening your thoughts to strengthen your mental prowess. This is an investment in creating success in every area of your life.

Look at that storm cloud over this crew shipping cattle east of Cassoday, Kansas. Wow.

YOU ARE POWERFUL!
Tap ❤️ if you needed this message today….

Struggling with self-doubt? Who doesn’t, from time to time, am I right?

Have your moment. Sit with the discomfort. Then decide who you’d rather be: the woman who believes in her abilities or the woman who doesn’t!

Because whatever you believe is the intention and energy that fuels your actions and outcomes.

Take a moment to reflect on things you have achieved in the past. Review your accomplishments, skills, talents, or unique qualities, gifts, and passions. This is what you have to offer to a profession, vocation, relationship, friendship, and to the world.

IT IS ENOUGH! YOU ARE ENOUGH! Your abilities are worth sharing, growing, and evolving, even if it means learning more to enhance your abilities or to develop an expertise.

This combination of abilities is your POWER. Don’t worry about what you lack. Focus on what you have. It will be enough to transform your circumstances, change your life, and create one that makes you happy and proud.

So, step into your power and shine!

I believe in you!

Yes, you are….

Oftentimes we just don’t give ourselves enough credit for everything we’re already doing. We overlook the things we do naturally, that come easy, or that’s just become “old hat,” meaning we do it so often or have been doing it for so long that it’s just habit. In fact, we take everything we do for granted. And if we do, there are probably others close to us who do, too.

Instead, we tend to focus our energy and determination on the things we have yet to do, finish, accomplish, or achieve. In fact, we punish ourselves for it.

Haven’t yet gotten your degree or pass the state boards?
Haven’t yet gotten a new job?
Haven’t yet gotten a raise?
Haven’t yet paid off your debt?
Haven’t yet found “the one?”
Haven’t yet moved into your dream home or finished renovating your current home?
Haven’t yet had a baby yet or lost the baby weight?

🛑 Stop, drop and roll …the credits please. Put all your “haven’t yets” aside for a hot minute and do this instead:

Make a list of things you do for others. Make a list of things you do that’s right. Make a list of things you do consistently. Make a list of things you have accomplished or achieved.
And give yourself credit for all of it!

Not only can this practice prove that you are doing enough, but it can also help serve as a friendly reminder that you ARE enough. In fact, you’re pretty awesome!

Not yet achieving a goal doesn’t make you any “less than” you already are. And don’t you dare let anyone convince you otherwise.

All it means is that EVEN MORE greatness is yet to come.

Just you wait….I believe in you!

YOU ARE ENOUGH…

There are many times in our lives when we will question ourselves.
Oftentimes we find ourselves asking, Am I enough?
The answer is simple: yes.
Resoundingly, yes.

It might not look like it.
It might not feel like it.
There might be circumstances going on within or around you that speak to the contrary.
But, no matter what you think you’ve found, you are enough.
In fact, you are MORE than enough.
You are enough just the way you are in this very moment.

Even if you felt you were enough before but feeling “less than” now, you are still enough.
And you will always be enough.
Just the way you are.

🇺🇸Recently, a friend of mine announced that she had become an American citizen this past May after living in the U.S. for 30 years!

She had been living here so long that many people even forgot she wasn’t born here. She’s an immigrant from the Philippines. The last in her family to become a citizen, she didn’t realize how hard the process would be. Life can just get in the way sometimes, right? Her life is so busy that she even almost forgot to share her big news.

But her citizenship is not her only accomplishment. In the last three decades, she created a beautiful life here. She has been blessed with a loving marriage, healthy children, supportive family and friends, and professional opportunities she would not have had otherwise if she didn’t have the courage to move and the will to succeed.

Whether you have relocated to another state or another country, finished your coursework in higher education, changed jobs or switched careers, become a first-time mother after several rounds of in vitro, found your prince after kissing many frogs, lost a boatload of weight, or achieved any other milestone in your life, celebrate your journey!

✨R-E-M-E-M-B-E-R!
It’s just as important to remember where you started and how you felt then as it is to acknowledge how it feels now to arrive at your final destination. Give yourself credit for how far you’ve come and for having the courage to begin at all.

But DON’T FORGET to celebrate every small victory along the way.

🎉It’s your journey. Celebrate it!

This process will help serve as a reminder that you can do hard things. And, it will give you the courage to accept new challenges in life.

I believe in you!
