Seeds at City Urban Farm

Seeds at City Urban Farm San Diego City College is busy training the next generation of urban farmers in sustainable agriculture to build a food secure city and region.

Located in the heart of downtown, Seeds@City Urban Farm is a working farm that also serves as the outdoor classroom for the Sustainable Urban Agriculture program at San Diego City College. Seeds@City was established in June 2008, the farm provides students with hands-on experiences necessary for learning the skills of urban farming and is the first––and still only–– program of its kind at an institution of higher education in San Diego County.
