It starts today!

Masters roster is set! 4 Falcons move on to the next round of the post season. 2 Seniors, David Henderson and Matthew Tung, and 2 freshman, Rostam Hosseini and Jonathan Huynh, will represent Scripps Ranch on the boys side of the post season. Masters starts Friday at Olympian High School.

CIF is upon us! The boys will be spending Valentine’s Day at Southwest High School to start the Follow on Trackwrestling/FloSports or head on over and watch live!

MASTERS BOUND! 6 of the 8 girls we brought to CIF have moved on to Masters looking to secure a top 3 finish for a chance to wrestle at the State tournament. Congratulations to Soren Mendoza (110), Malia Kollmeyer (115), Jayda Nicholson (120), Khyla Adams (130), Mariane Meriga (145), and Sophie Geller (170) on your advancement in post season competition! 🤼‍♀️

Today we celebrate National Girls & Women in Sports Day by recognizing the young women who step on the mat every single day and choose to compete in one of the most demanding sports there is. 🤼‍♀️
These Falcons don’t just wrestle — they set the standard. They grind through the same grueling practices, cut the same weight, and push through the same adversity as anyone else in that room. No excuses. No shortcuts.
Girls wrestling is the fastest-growing sport in the country for a reason. Athletes like these are proving every day that toughness has no gender.

🔥 Senior Night on the Mat! 🔥

Join us January 21 as we honor the SRHS Wrestling Senior Class and pack the gym for an exciting night of action! Doors open at 4PM, JV battles begin at 5PM, and our Senior Ceremony hits at 6PM — which will be followed by our girls and varsity matches.

Admission is $5, with free entry for SRHS students with ID and kids 8 & under.

Help us send our seniors out strong. Let’s go Falcons!

Big win for the Falcons! Thanks to everyone that came out to support. We’ll see you on Wednesday for our last home dual of the season and Senior Night.

Come support your Falcons while we welcome Patrick Henry into our house for the first home dual of the season! We will also be welcoming our alumni who were part of the program in years past. Show up and be loud for this league dual! Wrestling starts at 5!
