It was great to connect with other WDC2024 endorsed, community projects, and WDC2024/City of San Diego grant winners at the Mujeres Brew House. Look on WDC 2024.org for all these inspiring events such as and the upcoming crossborder Jazz festival in Oct by San Diego Jazz Ventures. Nice to see WDC leads and staff including Mai NJonathan Glus, James White, Diana Cervera and Olivia Gale

Sparky is doing amazing work with youth to end bullying and support mental health. The Blue Ribbon is a 1 minute ceremony honoring the good in people. Get engaged and make dreams come true!

Had a good night visiting Design Lab for the Design Forward Alliance’s WDC 2024 ambassador event. It was great to catch up on what’s happening with San Diego Design Week which is part of the WDC’s 2024 Design Experience signature event as well as create new opportunities for the DFA to engage with the professional design community. Caught up with good friends and and Dave Connover. A lot has happened since 2016 when we formed the DFA and worked on the WDC bid! ,
