What are you doing for Earth Day? What? Planting trees with your friends? Spending the morning with who? RTSA? Correct! That’s what we thought you said. Start off your holiday on SATURDAY, April 20th, and get festive with RTSA. We will be transported to and from the site to Goodan Ranch/Sycamore Preserve. Make sure to RSVP with the link below. Be ready to get your hands dirty (literally) and remove invasive plants to replace them with oak trees. Gloves will be provided, but no sandals are allowed. Dress appropriately; it will be a beautiful 70 degree day with partial clouds and sun (so bring sunscreen!). Trees for the win! Carpool? 1. Fill out the survey link. 2. Meet at the arc turn around at 8 am. *If you’re driving yourself separately, we meet the ranger at 9 am. Ends around 12 pm or before.

Aaaand that’s a wrap: RTSA took 42 students to Sacramento for the California Parks and Recreation Society annual conference. We toured the capitol building, socialized with professionals, attended captivating educational sessions, and overall LEARNED more about the issues facing in our beautiful Golden State.
