The SDSU community has a proud tradition of service. We invite students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to join us in supporting military families by donating diapers and baby wipes.

🧠 Tip Tuesday: 5-Minute Reset 🌤️

Feeling overwhelmed or stuck?

✨ Step outside.

✨ Stretch.

✨ Breathe.

Sometimes all it takes is five minutes away from your screen to reset your focus and recharge your energy.

Try it between classes, before studying, or when you're feeling the pressure build.

Small reset = big impact. 💪
