Workshops for Warriors changes the lives of veterans and transitioning service members.

A single investment can change a veteran’s future. 🇺🇸

We’re honored to share that the Art Pratt Foundation at Old Mission Rotary Club has invested $10,000 in Workshops for Warriors and the veterans we serve.

Their support will help us upgrade our welding lab with new workstations and advanced technology that gives veterans access to the same tools and training used in today’s manufacturing industry.

In just 16 weeks, Workshops for Warriors equips students with nationally recognized certifications and the skills needed for high-wage careers in welding and machining. But the impact goes far beyond a job. It’s about restoring purpose, creating opportunity, and strengthening American manufacturing through the talent and leadership of those who served our country.

Every donor who stands with us helps make these life-changing opportunities possible. Thank you to the Art Pratt Foundation at Old Mission Rotary for believing in our mission and investing in the future of America’s veterans!

Join us in creating more opportunities for those who served. Support our mission and donate today at wfw.org.

Next Friday, April 24, a new class of graduates will walk across the stage at Workshops for Warriors.

They didn’t just complete a program.
They earned industry-recognized certifications in CNC machining and welding.
They’re stepping into high-demand careers—many hired within 90 days.

This is what your support makes possible.

Every graduate represents discipline, skill, and a clear path forward in American manufacturing. And every seat in that classroom is funded by people like you.

We’d be honored to have you there.

👉 RSVP to join us and meet the graduates you helped train: https://www.tfaforms.com/5209709

Come see the impact firsthand.

Honoring Women's History Month by celebrating the women making history right now at Workshops for Warriors.

10News – ABC San Diego KGTV featured two incredible women veterans who are breaking barriers in manufacturing:

🎖️ Lisette, a 9-year Marine Corps veteran, is the only woman in her machining class, working toward a career in manufacturing engineering and the defense & aerospace industry.

🔥 Bethany, a Navy veteran and WFW alumna, came back as a welding instructor and is now preparing to compete in the 2026 Ironwoman Welding Competition this May.

This is what Women's History Month looks like to us. Women who served their country are now building the future with their own hands. 🔧💪
