I did something most course creators would never do. I took 50 courses out of my program.

Here’s what I noticed. The women I work with didn’t need more videos. They had already watched the videos. They had notebooks full of ideas and a folder full of trainings they meant to get to.

What they didn’t have was someone in their corner.
