We are excited to share that Karen and Jeff ’75 Silberman were awarded the 2022 University of California San Diego Chancellor's Medal for their incredible leadership, passion, and generosity. At Parker, they spearheaded The Head of School Scholarship Program which ensures that socio-economic concerns are not a barrier to qualified students receiving a Parker education. Jeff, a Parker Distinguished Alumni, and Karen have impacted countless lives with their deep commitment to education, the arts, and health causes . . . to name just a few. Join Parker's award-winning Robotics Team 2485, the W.A.R. Lords (We Are Robot Lords), as they reveal their 2023 robot, "Nightingale" this coming Friday, March 3 at 6:00 pm. You can join in person at J. Crivello Hall on the Linda Vista Campus, or join from home via the live stream! Alumni, remember to wear your favorite W.A.R. Lords gear.

The start of the new year saw many Parker alums gather to reconnect and celebrate. The Alumni-Student Games on January 7 brought together alums from several generations with current Parker athletes and coaches past and present in exuberant soccer and volleyball matches.

Alumni based in New York City joined Head of School Kevin Yaley in Midtown Manhattan on January 30 for food, drink and absolutely fantastic conversation.

Join us at the Linda Vista Campus on Saturday, Jan. 7 for a family-friendly new event, the Alumni-Student Games! A mix of current students, alumni, and coaches past and present will face off in semi-competitive, coed soccer and volleyball matches. We'll kick off with a soccer game at 12:30 pm, then head to the gym for a 2:00 pm volleyball game. Alumni can get to know current Lancer athletes at a 4:00 pm Pizza Social. This past Saturday Parker Alumni from the Classes of 1949 to 1972 met up for a festive celebration. This sociable and lively group shared wonderful stories about Parker in the early years - from their many off-campus adventures, to the exploration of their own creativity, to the development of their sense of character and community which guided them long after they moved on from Parker. We cannot wait to get this group together again!

This Saturday, Dec. 10, Head of School Kevin Yaley, Ph.D., will welcome a very special group of Alumni to his home. Parker Alumni from the Classes 1945 to 1972 will gather to meet up with childhood classmates, share stories and make new friends. There is still time to join this wonderful afternoon!
