we celebrated a powerful moment in the life of our seniors—their Legacy Chapel. It was a time of reflection, gratitude, and worship as they looked back on the journey that shaped them and forward to all that’s ahead.

From heartfelt words to lasting memories, the Class of 2025 left their mark on Rock Academy in a way that will continue to inspire those who follow. And now, they’re stepping into their next chapter—headed to colleges and programs across the country, ready to live out their calling with boldness and grace.

Today marked their final Donut Friday of the year — a sweet tradition they’ve led with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of frosting. From early mornings to bright smiles, this crew has made every Friday feel like a celebration. You’ve brought joy to our halls and made memories that stick (like glaze on fingers). We’re so proud of you!

Our Warriors Take On Greece 🇬🇷

This trip is a historical exploration and a powerful spiritual experience as our students reflect on Paul’s mission and their own calling to bring Jesus to the world around them.

📍Athens: On their first day, students visited the Parthenon, the Agora, and Mars Hill where Paul boldly shared the Gospel with philosophers and seekers of his time. The key takeaway from this experience is the importance of listening to God’s personal calling, especially poignant for our seniors who are headed off to college, the military, or business careers.

📍Corinth: Our students explored Acts 18:1-17, learning about the city’s financial success, comfort, cultural influence, and challenges. Paul spent 18 months there during his second missionary journey, where he wrote the letters 1 and 2 Corinthians. Our students are learning that following Christ often requires going against worldly wisdom, making sacrifices, and trusting in His greater plan. As Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 3:12-18, we are continually transformed as we seek Jesus.

Come cheer on our Warriors as they play a rematch of last year’s CIF Division Championship game versus Calvin Christian. The first 400 tickets sold include entry to Gallagher Square for the Padres game on May 13 at 6:40 pm against the Los Angeles Angels. Rock Academy families will be charged $35. per ticket through FACTS. Payment for others will be accepted via cash, credit card, or check. Questions?

Dressed for success and ready to impress! Our upper elementary students took on BizTown Interviews like pros—learning how to shake hands, answer big questions, and dream even bigger.

Today, our Elementary ASB team had the incredible opportunity to sit down with our WASC visitors and share what makes Rock Academy such a special place. It was amazing to see these young leaders confidently speak about their experiences, their love for our school, and the impact of our Christ-centered community.
