This production will take a village to produce. The SDSCPA family possesses the talent, has the experience, and is working together to make this production a celebration. The students and skills needed to cast lead roles as African American or students of color are here. This production will be performed, fully teched, set designed, and music performed live by students. Students will manage the front/back of house too.

We are thrilled to announce that The SAN DIEGO SCHOOL OF CREATIVE & PERFORMING ARTS has been selected as a recipient of the Craig Zadan Pathway for Equity in the Arts 2025 by the EDUCATIONAL THEATRE FOUNDATION (ETF). This award is designed to enrich high school theatre programs and provide students with meaningful opportunities to collaborate with industry professionals. The award recognizes an ongoing commitment to excellence in arts education.
