Check out my re-branded Instagram page named burpees.and.beers. There is way too much emphasis on size and shape in the fitness world. My goal as a trainer and as a woman is to find balance in my life. Yes, I work out hard but I do it because I like the mental and physical benefits similarly to how I like my beer cold. I have finally found a healthy balance between fitness and health and I am here to share my journey with you and hope to educate you on how to become a well balanced healthy (beer drinking) individual!

Let's be honest, we all indulge in sugars. According to the American Heart Association, the maximum amount of added sugar you should eat a day is 37.5 grams for men and 25 grams for women. In just one ๐ŸŒ there's about 14 grams. ๐Ÿ™„

Processed sugar is making its way into almost everything these days from soft drinks, sweetened waters, simple and complex carbs, and my biggest culprit; ๐Ÿท๐Ÿป. Decreasing these empty carbs from your diet will help decrease your risk of cancer, metabolic diseases, help with weight loss, clear up your skin and also help with anxiety.
