// Geography: Land and Water Forms //

In the Montessori classroom children learn not only about the political world (continents, countries, flags, etc.) but also the physical world. Our planet is divided into areas of water and areas of land, and children enjoy learning about the various forms land and water can take.

As my little ones say: “Miss Angie, we have to save the planet 🌍”. 🫶

Happy earth day !!!!🌱

//Hundred Board//
The Hundred Board is a key Montessori Mathematics material, which helps children make the leap from the recognition of numbers, to understanding how they belong in a sequence. As the name suggests, it focuses specifically on numbers 1 – 100.

The Moveable Alphabet is very much what it sounds like. All 26 letters are individually cut out of wood, and ready to position into words and sentences. Enticingly arranged in large wooden boxes, each cursive letter rests in its own compartment, waiting to be called upon.
