52 years later, many of our classmates still grateful to them for influencing, and in some cases changing the trajectory of their lives.

Due to the current world health situation, the Hoover Class of 1970 Reunion (scheduled for September 2020) has been postponed. If you have purchased tickets you will be issued a full refund within the next 6 weeks. The reunion committee is exploring options for a new reunion date in the Fall of 2021. Expect further information on this event early in 2021.

Hoover - Football and Beginning of School

I want to give you a heads up that our first home football game is this Friday, August 23, at 7 PM. It will be a lighted event. Please refer to the “Hoover Stadium Calendar” tab on our website to identify lighted event dates. We only have three total home football games during the regular season this year.

Also, school is back in session next Monday, August 26.

Greetings Hoover Class of 1970 !
It's time to start planning our 45th Reunion, so I'm sitting here listening to my Joplin, Hendrix, Cream, Doors, Creedence Pandora station.
We've had some really successful Birthday Bashes, but want to upgrade the food and festivities a little. We don't want the expense of a hotel meeting room, and their overpriced food so we need your help.......
Does anyone have access to some type of club room? Condo association, boat club, fraternal club, something like that? Anyone have a big old party house? It would be nice to get as many classmates as we can and keep the costs down.
Our preferred date is the 3rd Saturday in September, but is not etched in stone at this point. Right now, we just need to find some options for location.
