Too many of us set sky-high expectations without building steady steps to get thereā€¦ and when the results donā€™t come fast enough, we feel defeated, burned out, and start questioning our worth. Thatā€™s not failureā€”thatā€™s unrealistic planning.

Iā€™m not telling you to dream smaller. Iā€™m saying be strategic. Be honest about your current season, your capacity, and your needs.
