Good morning Baker Families,

Tomorrow October 1st we will be having picture day, we encourage you to dress your kids in Baker uniform or plain shrit because those pictures will be used for certificates.

Hello Baker Parents! Please remember to attend Back-To-School-Night tomorrow night - Thursday, August 29 from 4:30 to 6:30. Here is the schedule:
4:30-5:00 - Community Resource Fair on the blacktop by the Bobcat mural
5:00-5:30 - Title 1 Parent Involvement Meeting and Introduction of Baker Staff in the auditorium
5:35-6:00 - Classroom Visits (session 1)
6:05-6:30 - Classroom Visits (session 2)
We are hoping for 100% participation, so if you are not able to attend, but can send your child with another trusted adult, that would be AMAZING!

The Jackie Robinson Family YMCA will be hosting a free Back to School event 10:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturday , August 10th. The event will include FREE food, haircuts for kids and backpacks filled with school supplies, while supplies last. See the flyer below for more information.

Please join us on Thursday, May 23rd from 5:00PM - 6:30PM to celebrate our first ever Talent, Dance & Art Showcase in the Baker auditorium. Your child’s art will be on display in rooms 1, 2, and 3. Our dance club groups will perform their routines, and we will have talent performances. Please arrive and be seated in the auditorium by 4:55PM, so the show can start on time. You may look at the art on display before or after the show. We would love for you to join and celebrate our brave talented artists at Baker.

We will also be selling pizzas, drinks and snacks to raise funds for our school.

We look forward to seeing you there.
