2. It’s a quick workout. You can do lunges while you’re waiting for the coffee to brew ☑️

3. You don’t need any weights or equipment ☑️

4. Lunges help develop balance and stability ☑️

5. Lunges can be adapted to your level of experience. You can make them as easy or as difficult as you need ☑️


What you think about turns into what you say.

Your thoughts aren’t insignificant, they’re dictating the direction of your life.
