I chose these certificate programs because, at the time, I did not feel ready to jump into full college classes while also working and parenting. After completing the programs, I gained the confidence to tell myself, “I can do this.” That confidence pushed me to apply for the bachelor’s program, and I was recently accepted.

The teachers, staff, and administration have all been very helpful, kind, and supportive. Most importantly, they understand adult learners who are balancing school, work, and family responsibilities. The tutoring and counseling programs have also been very helpful. They make you feel supported, like you are part of a team with coaches helping you succeed.
