One of my greatest pet peeves are bad personal trainers. Unfortunately, there are way too many "trainers" who shouldn't be training anyone.

โโItโs one thing to not get people results. But itโs a completely different thing to be actually bad and have clients do exercises that put them at risk for pain and damage to their joints and tissues.
โAs a client, it's like you're paying money to accrue debt, and it literally makes me angry.

โโNow, the problem is most people can't distinguish a good trainer from a bad one. Worse still, these trainers often don't even realize they are bad themselves.
