Had a lovely interaction with a community of business owners where I delivered a presentation on “Architecture of Resilience and Emotional Intelligence”.
We spoke about burnout and how resilience and emotional intelligence are becoming such important parts of entrepreneurship, not just business strategy.
I always appreciate spaces where people can speak openly and learn from one another. There was learning, reflection, laughter, and many shared experiences in the room.
We are a country that doesn’t just consume ideas, we reshape them.
From everyday jugaad to global innovations, it’s always been in our DNA.
What the world calls “new”, we have often lived for years.
India doesn’t just follow trends but builds them.

Some exhaustion is physical.
But some exhaustion comes from carrying too many thoughts, worries, responsibilities, and emotions every single day.
Caregivers often live with constant mental “static.”
Always thinking.
Always planning.
Always emotionally available.
And after a point, the mind becomes noisy while the heart quietly becomes tired.
This is why moments of stillness matter.
Meditation, breathwork, healing, silence, and self-care help reduce the inner noise so we can hear ourselves again.
