Noah was an integral part in leading the Notre Dame Fighting Irish to one of their most successful hockey seasons under coach Jeff Jackson. Fortunately, under the guidance of his first coach at the University of Notre Dame, Dave Poulin, he learned the crucial elements of peak mental performance. After years of personal development and a decade of coaching locally, Noah felt a calling to extend his reach beyond his community. Thus, he created The Steady Mind and Mental Matters course, aiming to equip children nationwide with the tools he wished he had earlier in life. Noah's mission is clear: to alter the trajectory of a million young lives by empowering them to harness the full potential of their minds, enabling them to achieve the extraordinary.
