Noah Babin, the first Florida-born athlete to secure an NHL contract, faced a major setback when a knee injury ended his hockey career prematurely, shattering his dream of playing in the NHL alongside many of his friends. He clinched two world championships with the US National Hockey Team, earned a place for his stick and puck in the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto, and was honored with induction into the Palm Beach County Sports Hall of Fame. Noah was an integral part in leading the Notre Dame Fighting Irish to one of their most successful hockey seasons under coach Jeff Jackson. Fortunately, under the guidance of his first coach at the University of Notre Dame, Dave Poulin, he learned the crucial elements of peak mental performance. After years of personal development and a decade of coaching locally, Noah felt a calling to extend his reach beyond his community. Thus, he created The Steady Mind and Mental Matters course, aiming to equip children nationwide with the tools he wished he had earlier in life. Noah's mission is clear: to alter the trajectory of a million young lives by empowering them to harness the full potential of their minds, enabling them to achieve the extraordinary.
