Lee Jenkins poses the question, "How many office referrals will you have this coming year?" His answer:
"It is easy to know. Average the number for the past three years. That is approximately the number this coming year. The experts who know how to lower this number are in your school already. STUDENTS. Ask them what the principal and teachers can do to create a better school. There will be gems. Implement and thank."

Meet Allison Cirka, a recent PLNU graduate!
When asked about her favorite memory from the program, Allison shared, “As rigorous as my time doing fieldwork was, it was such an informative experience.”
As she looks ahead, Allison plans to continue pursuing her passion for supporting students, sharing, “I will be applying to school counselor positions at elementary, middle, and high school locations in Southern California.”
