As a San Diego native doesn’t take THIS moment for granted. Being able to tell her “why” behind at the San Diego Magazine office alongside and was a memorable experience! 👯♀️
Throwing it back to 1997…Kia’s professional story starts as a journalism major at THE Clark Atlanta University Clark Atlanta University Mass Media Arts Department where she experienced almost all of life’s challenges imaginable. This was also where she was an associate producer for .9 jazz show, “Lifeline to Health”. With very little support - she became a first generation college graduate on her father’s side.👩🏽🎓
Later, she pursued a Masters in Education Management from and an HR management certificate from .
It’s no secret though….journalism (writing, speaking, and story telling) is her first love so this interview will forever be special. Thanks for this opportunity !

Simply offering a course in the workplace is not confirming ROI. Ultimately, a business owner wants to see improved performance, customer satisfaction, workplace confidence, less errors, etc.
One way to gather the success of your training program is to provide a quiz post training. The quiz can be sent multiple times to assess improvement rates or digressions over time. Your options could be to make modifications to that area of your training or provide user tip guides which remind learners of how to perform more efficiently and effectively. 🍎💻👩🏽🏫
