🇮🇹 Ciao famiglie italiane di San Diego!

Le classi di italiano per bambini dell'Italian school of San Diego stanno per ripartire, e quest'anno abbiamo una novità grande.

NOVITÀ: apriamo una seconda sede a ENCINITAS
San Dieguito United Methodist Church, 170 Calle Magdalena. Due classi piccole divise per età (TK-5th grade), il lunedì dalle 16:00 alle 18:00. Si comincia lunedì 14 settembre. Finalmente niente più viaggio fino a Kearny Mesa per le famiglie del North County.

Alla chiesa abbiamo altre aule ancora libere: se c'è interesse possiamo aprire altre classi a Encinitas, per altre età o in altri giorni. Scriveteci e diteci di cosa avreste bisogno.

A KEARNY MESA (4550 Kearny Villa Rd, Suite 202):
• Classi Heritage, per bambini che l'italiano già lo parlano: giovedì 16:15-18:15, si comincia giovedì 27 agosto
• Italiano come lingua straniera, per chi parte da zero: mercoledì 16:00-18:00, si comincia mercoledì 26 agosto
• Programma mattutino per famiglie homeschool: mercoledì 10:00-12:00, si comincia mercoledì 2 settembre

Classi da 5 a 10 bambini, tutte con insegnanti madrelingua. Ma la cosa che i genitori ci dicono più spesso è un'altra: qui i nostri figli scoprono di non essere gli unici a parlare italiano a casa, e noi genitori troviamo altre famiglie come la nostra.

🇺🇸 Italian classes for kids are starting again, and this year we are in two places.

NEW: our second location opens in ENCINITAS
San Dieguito United Methodist Church, 170 Calle Magdalena. Two small classes grouped by age (TK-5th grade), Mondays 4:00-6:00 PM. First class Monday, September 14. No previous Italian required.

The church has more classrooms available to us: if there is enough interest we can open additional classes in Encinitas, for other ages or on other days. Write to us and tell us what you need.

IN KEARNY MESA (4550 Kearny Villa Rd, Suite 202):
• Heritage classes, for kids who already speak Italian: Thursdays 4:15-6:15 PM, starting Thursday, August 27
• Italian as a foreign language, for kids starting from zero: Wednesdays 4:00-6:00 PM, starting Wednesday, August 26
• Homeschool morning program: Wednesdays 10:00 AM-12:00 PM, starting Wednesday, September 2 (charter funds accepted)

5 to 10 students per class, native Italian teachers. And beyond the language: it is where our kids find out they are not the only ones speaking Italian at home, and where the families find each other.

Our homeschool morning program combines conversational Italian and basic grammar with games, songs, reading, and hands-on projects led by a native Italian instructor. The 16-class session is $966, with a monthly payment plan available. Students should expect 30-60 minutes of homework per week.

We also offer:

- Italian for beginners and new learners: Wednesdays, 4-6pm, starting August 19
- Italian Heritage for advanced and fluent speakers: Thursdays, 4:15-6:15pm, starting August 20
- Private Italian lessons at our Kearny Mesa school or in your home

Fall enrollment closes August 3. Families can find our classes in the PCA or Dimensions catalog, or enroll directly with us.
