You may be wondering, what is Real Space Support Circle??

Come connect and learn from each other! Getting support on your parenting journey is so important. Humans are social creatures, meant to interact, feed and raise our babies together. Real Space is a judgment-free support group meant to give you an opportunity to feel heard and supported as you connect with other parents. Come if you’re newly pregnant or have older kids, breastfeeding, chestfeeding or bottle feeding, no matter how you diaper, whether you use coconut oil for everything or have never used it in your life and all the things in between. This is YOUR time to connect.


Meet other parents
Track your baby’s weight gain
Measure your baby’s milk transfer if you are chest/breastfeeding
Get help with latch and positioning, whether you are feeding with your body or a bottle
Get answers to general feeding questions
Support each other
Learn from each other

Happy Holidays to all who celebrate! We hope you enjoy this time with your families. We will be closed from 12/24-12/26, so we can do the same. Home visits are limited over the next couple weeks but we are working on opening more office visits to accommodate. It’s All a Latch 2024!

The San Diego Latch On is back — In honor of National Breastfeeding Month, let’s celebrate all things lactation with your local lactation professionals. Lactation isn’t one size fits all. Whether you’re using your breast/chest, pump, or a bottle (or maybe a combination of all three!), every feeding moment is a latch. So pack whatever you need for your latch and let’s celebrate the magic of human milk! Join our Lactation Celebration Meet-up on August 24th, 9-10:30am at Tierrasanta Rec Center.

Official ‘Latch On’ will take place at 10a. This is where we will count how many of you latch all at the same time!

This Meet Up is BYOB (bring your own blanket, beverage (coffee, water, tea, etc), and baby)

What we need to remember is that bumps are bound to happen on any road, even those well thought out and planned.

Goals are one thing. But goals without heartful intentions to be kind to yourself along the path toward those goals can actually backfire and make us feel worse than when we started.

Set your sights on a destination AND remember that the path is often filled with surprises.

Be kind to yourself as you navigate the expected and unexpected twists along the journey into your future.

JOIN US! Clinic Appointments will be semi-private; held in our bigger room and you will see one of our practitioners. We will do a weight check/weighted feed to see how much baby transfers as well as a suck assessment or latch assistance. OR we can help with pumping or a fl**ge fitting. We will answer questions & follow up with a Care Plan. Appointments are $40; some insurance accepted!

NEW CLASS ALERT! PRENATAL PARTNER YOGA
Feb 4, March 3, May 5 9-10:30am $50/couple

Join us for a birth preparation yoga class for the pregnant person and their support person. We will spend 90 minutes together moving mindfully, finding connection, and creating space. Feel free to come more than once!

Deepen connection to your fellow classmates, partner, yourself and baby

Learn positions and movements that can help create space for your body and baby

Practice breathing deeply, mindfully, and with intension

Each registration is for 2 people, the pregnant person and their partner.
