A Journey of Transformation â¨
As the year comes to a close, weâre reflecting on the incredible ripple effect intentional growth has created within our organization, culture, and services.
Our journey this year has been about individual and collective transformationâfrom achieving our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals to reimagining the learning experiences we offer. Together, weâve elevated the way we work, collaborate, and serve.
đHere are just a few highlights:
đ DEI Integration: We advanced strategies that embed culturally responsive and recovery-oriented practices into our work, completing 23 projects and developing the Academy System of Practice to share our lessons broadly.
đ´ Elevated Service Quality: From new curricula to immersive learning experiences, weâve redefined engagement, achieving record-breaking attendance at Leadership Institutes and delivering impactful real-time simulations.
đŁ Expanded Impact: Strengthened partnerships led to initiatives like the APS Supervisor Coaching Program and our Digital Storytelling project, amplifying voices of youth and professionals with lived experience.
These milestones reflect the dedication and passion of our staff, service providers, and partners. Thank you for inspiring us to dream big and work tirelessly to revolutionize the way we serve our communities.
