New to STRIDE Fitness? What to expect at your first class at STRIDE Fitness! Tag a friend who would love to book into their First Class Free* ➡️ Click on the link in bio to book!

🟪 Arrive 15-20 minutes early, so our front desk team can check you in and your STRIDE coach can walk you through what to expect in class, how to work the treadmill, and help you gather the equipment you will need for class.

🟥 Heart Rate Monitor: our team will help you get setup with a heart rate monitor to track your stats throughout class. This will help you see when to push yourself, based on your goals!

🟧 Modifications: Our STRIDE Fitness certified coach will ask you about any previous injuries/limitations and answer any questions you have to set you up for a great class experience.

What to wear and bring:
🟪 Wear workout gear that you will be comfortable on the treadmill and doing strength training exercises off the treadmill.

🟥 Water Bottle: we will provide the filtered water, just bring a reusable bottle!

🟧Positive attitude: most of all, come to class with a positive attitude as you step closer to your fitness goals!
