As a climber I've always felt it was important to be a part of the organizations which help protect wild places, and our access to them. Now, as a small business owner, I feel it's even more important to give back. Onto Stone was proud to donate a 6 hour custom climbing course for 2 to the Allied Climbers of San Diego fundraiser last month. We encourage everyone to be active in supporting our local climbing organizations!

When I first started climbing 30 years ago, I had no idea how much work went into finding, cleaning, and developing the routes I climbed. Over the ensuing years I've had the privilege of participating in many FA's, and I now understand first hand how much blood, sweat, tears, (and money!) go into every new route. But it never gets old, and I still love a day of good old fashioned adventure, exploration, and type two fun with my friends!
