Board exams are starting next week and several students are going through immense anxiety and fear. We scientists have a responsibility to reach out to these kids at this challenging time in their lives and offer tips and tricks to help these kids.

So we plan to help them by conducting this session to listen to them and offer some common tips to face these difficulties.

Industry Career Transition Training Opportunity!

Last year we completed batch 2 of Industry Career Transition Training (iCTT) Program and are now inviting applications for batch 3.

From the last two batches– 8 people have made successful transitions into Industry Astrazeneca, WuXi Advanced Therapies, FORAY Bioscience and Intel Corporations in USA & India. Also, several attendees are currently actively interviewing with multiple companies. Multiple attendees also got their postdoc position of their choice with better salary offers.

Batch will start April 15, 2023 and the duration will be 2.5 months. I will take you through all the steps from career planning, job search, application, and interview to offer negotiations and immigration planning. Also, how you can utilise AI tools like ChatGPT in your career transition journey. We extensively cover how to make a transition on a visa like O1 in the USA.

This will cover transition planning in India, Europe as well as the USA.

Who should join?: Whether you are currently Ph.D. or postdoc in academia or industry professional on a visa – this program is going to be beneficial.

This time I wanted to share with you another amazing opportunity to learn all about making the transition into industry jobs after PhD or postdoc.

After successfully completing the first batch of the iCTT program, now I am launching the second cohort for 2022. This program will start Aug last week, 2022 and the duration will be 2.5 months. I will take you through all the steps from career planning, job search, application, and interview to offer negotiations and immigration planning. This will cover transition planning in India, Europe as well as the USA.
