SCAMMERS!!! Heads up! Put up handicap sign! Lawyers having handicap people go around your town and suing you for anything they can. No handicap ramp, threshold is too high, steps, the door swings the wrong way, etc. etc. They’ll find something and sue you. It happened to us at Laguna Tattoo 20 years ago. There’s no winning. You pay a lawyer $3000 and then you settle out of court for $3500-$4000. If you don’t answer, they win by default. At least put up a sign for handicap and that way chances are good that they will pass your place up and just go to the next one.🖖🏾
