Special Olympics Bowling Tournament with our Corona-Norco Dragons! Morgan and friends had a great time competing against Riverside, Menifee, Big Bear, Chino Hills and Temecula.

Day program art projects. It took some time but we found a wonderful day program which provides socialization, volunteer opportunities, art and cooking classes, daily trips to the gym and community field trips. He’s having a great time! Be sure to look up Day Programs in your community!

It’s so important for us to encourage fitness and movement. Whether it’s at the gym, taking walks, playing in a team sport, sunshine and activity are healthy choices. Places like Planet Fitness have a $10 a month plan that makes it really affordable. Check out gyms in your area. It might also be a good idea to meet some friends there at the same time.
