✈️🎶 Today we sang our “Airplane” song acapella while mommies held their babies and flew around our circle — with a REAL airplane flying overhead! ☀️💛
SO much learning happening through music, movement & PLAY!
✈️ Vestibular development: Flying around, moving up and down, in and out, supports balance and body awareness.
🎶 Language development: Singing words like high, low, up, down, in and out helps babies connect words with movement.
🤍 Bonding: Being held close and hearing Mommy’s voice builds connection and security.
👶 Social development: Seeing other babies right alongside them encourages curiosity, observation and early social connection.
🌈 Sensory learning: Colorful scarves, fresh air, a real airplane overhead and the beautiful simplicity of singing acapella!

Our “Trolley” song is full of opportunities for little ones to learn through music, movement & PLAY! 💛
Parents, try these simple activities while you sing together:
👏 Open & Shut: Open your hands wide, then clap them together like trolley doors!
👋 Wave Hello: Wave to your baby! Waving encourages imitation, early communication & social connection.
⬆️⬇️ Up & Down: Point up to the sky and down to the ground as you sing, helping little ones explore opposites through movement!
These little moments of singing, moving and connecting create BIG opportunities for learning! 🌈✨

🚎✈️🚇 We LOVE transportation songs! 🎶
Buses, trolleys, subways, airplanes & more! Transportation songs spark curiosity about the big world around us — even places and things little ones haven’t experienced yet. 🌎✨
And we love adding clapping, bouncing & movement to our songs! 👏 Babies can watch, listen and feel the rhythm with their grown-up, toddlers begin copying the movements, and preschoolers can bounce, clap and move right along to the beat.
Listening → moving → imitating → joining in. 💛
So much learning can happen when little ones are simply having FUN with music! 🎶

It looks like she’s just tapping rhythm sticks… but look at everything she’s learning! 🥁✨
At just 3 years old, she’s learning to count all the way to 20 while keeping the beat — then switching from the macrobeat to the microbeat of the song. 🎶
Counting, rhythm, listening, coordination, timing, pattern recognition, focus & motor skills — all through music and PLAY. 💛
They’re having fun… but their little brains are BUSY! 🧠🎶✨
