Escaping the Monday Blues with a Halloween Themed Escape Room. Children had to work together to decipher codes & puzzles and solve a few tricks in order to unlock their treat!

Bringing some Halloween fun to the introduction of the Scientific Method with candy corn bottle flipping!!! Children completed all 5 steps of this process by asking the question of how many times could they successfully flip the bottle, making a hypothesis by predicting how many times out of 20 they could flip, gathering data by testing recording how many times the bottle landed, analyzing that data and coming to a conclusion!!

Rolling up our sleeves with ACE’s Kids Kitchen!

Cooking encourages children's critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. It allows children to use the knowledge they have and apply it by counting, measuring, following a sequence, following directions, and cause and effect.
Providing opportunities to practice this life skill exposes children to a variety of different foods, helps establish independence and builds confident chefs!

Wrapping up two fun filled weeks of our Wonderful World of Color session where we focused on process vs product. During this session, campers were able to follow their imaginations and expand their creativity through a variety activities including constructing rainbow bridges, designing mixed media rainbows, painting with bubbles and participating in our own color run! Campers beat the heat with water balloon wars, water inflatables and a visit from Kona Ice. We hit a hole in one at Top Golf, braved the twists and turns of Great America’s roller coasters, bounced our way through Rockin Jump and traveled to infinity and beyond with a private viewing of Lightyear. We created long lasting memories and can’t wait to experience more with our upcoming two week theme Junior Chef: Around the World!

Wrapped up Ace Adventures Session 1 last week with Egyptian pyramids and mummy wraps, packing peanut wall of China, Italian pasta sculptures, Australian didgeridoos and paper bag piñatas. Campers were challenged with a 70ft obstacle course and cooled off with an inflatable water slide and slip-n-slide kickball
