We’re back! All your favorite professors got together, had some meetings, some guest speakers, spoke ourselves, and should be ready to start Spring 2026 off strong!

ASCCC January executive meeting in Sacramento 💕

A very ASCCC Christmas in Santa Cruz. We tackled strategic planning, held closed session, and made meaningful progress on important work, along with ice cream, an essential part of any productive gathering.

I’d like to honor the life of my Aunt Peggy. She was a middle school math teacher for many years, one of many educators in our family. When we were kids, she would bring us puzzles and brain teasers, sparking curiosity and joy. Looking back, I realize how lucky I was to have a strong woman in STEM present throughout my life. We miss her already, and I’m sending my uncle and cousins so much love and comfort.

ASCCC Plenary last week was a joy! I got to present with all these lovely people and SBVC took a whole team. Do you recognize any of your counselors or professors?

This is my grandpa and Great Uncle Art, our family’s veterans. They served in the 442nd Infantry during World War II. We miss them 💜
